San Diego's first try came from winger Ryan Matyas, who showed incredible speed and agility to evade the Chicago defenders and score in the corner. The Hounds responded quickly with a try of their own from hooker Nick Savoie, who bulldozed his way through the San Diego defense to score under the posts.

The Legion continued to dominate the scrums and were rewarded with another try, this time from flanker Psalm Wooching, who charged through the Hounds defense and crossed the line. Chicago refused to go down without a fight and scored another try through center Sebastian Kalm, who showed great strength and skill to break through the San Diego defense and score in the corner.

With the score at 14-12 in favor of San Diego at halftime, both teams came out firing in the second half. The Legion's defense stood strong, with Wooching and fellow flanker Devin Short making some crucial tackles to keep the Hounds at bay.

San Diego's third try came from Matyas again, who showed off his lightning-fast footwork to score in the corner once again. Chicago tried their best to mount a comeback, but San Diego's defense held strong, with fullback Dylan Audsley making some impressive tackles to keep the Hounds at bay.

In the dying minutes of the game, Chicago was awarded a penalty try after San Diego's defense collapsed a maul close to their own try line. However, it was too little too late for the Hounds, as San Diego held on for the victory.

Overall, it was a highly entertaining game of rugby between two evenly matched teams. San Diego's dominance in the scrums proved to be the difference in the end, but Chicago's never-say-die attitude was impressive to see. Both teams can take away some positives from this game, and fans will be eagerly looking forward to their next meeting.
